Red Canary Song invites community members and allies to a vigil honoring 8 lives lost 2 years ago in the Atlanta spa shootings. The event is taking place in person, under LIRR tracks of Flushing Main Street Station. It will consist of speeches, music, and an altar created by Red Canary Song outreach organizers. 

Pay your tribute to the altar dedicated to the 8 lives. Bring flowers, candies, and your loved ones. Build a moment of remembrance and solidarity by writing a message to hang by the altar. Let us gather to mourn and stand strong with one another. Together, we will reorient ourselves, overcome fear with love, and imagine beyond police-centered resolutions.
